"We visited on a weekday lunchtime after it being recommended by a friend, and we were not disappointed. The welcome we received from one of the managers was friendly and courteous and both the waitress and the guy at the food counter were not only polite but couldn't do enough for you. What a pleasant change for a 'pub' meal. The food was truly excellent, we had the carvery which offered a choice of about 6 meats, of which you can choose up to three to sample at once. You then help yourself to a wide range of beautifully cooked vegetables. All for six pounds each! (However, I think this is just an introductory special offer).Well worth a visit, if they keep up the same standard as this."
