Job description:
• To maintain standards of hygiene and organisation
• Stock management and Controlling gross profit margins
• To adhere to security procedures; key holding, opening and closing of pub
• Staff rotas and General staff management
• Tills and cash reconciliation
• Shift running
Must be: professional, organised, reliable, hard working, customer service driven, well-equipped to supervise staff, experience preferred
