Congratulations to Michael Hoing, our new Head Chef at the Spread Eagle

We have some brilliant news to share – we’re offering a huge congratulations to Michael Hoing, who has recently been promoted to Head Chef at the Spread Eagle.

Michael originally joined us as sous chef at the Fletchers Arms in Denton, where he quickly became a valued part of the kitchen team. His promotion to Head Chef is a well-deserved next step, and we couldn’t be more pleased for him.

It’s always a pleasure to see members of our team grow and progress with us, and Michael’s journey from Denton to leading the kitchen in Romiley is a great example of that.
