Promotions for Josh & Molly

There’s been plenty to celebrate lately here at The Jolly Sailor, and we couldn’t be happier to share a bit of good news with you all!

After a few emotional goodbyes as our lovely manager Dave headed off to The Station House in Cheadle Hulme, it’s been all change behind the bar, and we’re thrilled to see some familiar faces stepping up.

First up, our very own Josh has been promoted to General Manager! He’s been part of The Jolly since we first opened, and we honestly can’t imagine the place without him. Six years of hard work, dedication, and making sure everyone feels right at home has led to this moment, and we couldn’t be prouder. It’s so well deserved, and we know the pub’s in brilliant hands with Josh leading the way alongside fellow GM India.

And if that wasn’t enough good news, Molly has also had a fantastic promotion to Deputy General Manager! Mol is such a big part of The Jolly family: always smiling, always helping, and always giving her best every single day. She really does keep things running smoothly, and we’re over the moon to see her hard work recognised.

Next time you’re in, make sure to give Josh and Molly a big congrats – they definitely deserve it!
