Behind every great pint is a well-kept cellar, and we take that side of things seriously across all our pubs.

This week we held one of our regular learning and development sessions on cellar management. James, our resident expert in the field, led the session for members of the team, covering what to look out for, what to do, and how to make sure every drink we serve reaches the high standards we set ourselves.
