ONE SMALL STEP 2026, SATURDAY 4th JULY

Summer, served. Food is at the core of everything we do, and our new menu is the proof. We’ve created the menu that is the essence of warm days and alfresco dining – vibrant, bright, full of flavour – and we’d love to have you join us to enjoy it. Pull up a chair and taste the sunshine.

Discover the menu for each of our pubs below, or scroll down to find out more about some of our signature dishes that’ll be seeing you through the season.

We love seeing you for your morning coffee, and now we want to reward you for it. We’re excited to introduce our new coffee loyalty promotion: buy 5 coffees, get your 6th completely free.

How does it work?

It couldn’t be simpler. Every time you order a tea or coffee – hot, iced, any variety – just present your loyalty card or scan your app QR code at the till. Your stamp will be added automatically, and once you’ve collected 5, a free coffee will be waiting on your account ready for your next visit.

If you use our app, you’ll be able to track your stamps in real time right from your balance page.

Your free drink covers any coffee or tea on the menu – so yes, you can treat yourself to something a little fancier. Just bear in mind that any extras like syrups or oat milk will still be charged as normal.

Stamps can be collected any day of the week, and the offer is redeemable Monday to Saturday across all of our sites. Visiting with a group? If you’re buying for the whole table, you’ll earn a stamp for every cup.

A couple of things to remember

You’ll need to present your loyalty card or app QR code at the time of purchase: we’re unable to add stamps after the fact. The offer also can’t be combined with any other promotions, vouchers, or discounts.

We hope this is a little way of saying thank you for your continued support. See you for coffee soon!

Yes, we’ve had a monkey visit – and we’ve had an iguana too!

Our director Vicki spoke to Adam Maidment of the Manchester Evening News about the Spread Eagle, it’s history, and some of the more interesting guests we’ve had with us over the years, all to celebrate it being pub of the week.

Despite The Station House missing out on the trophy for Best New Site, there was still plenty for our pubs to cheer at The Publican Awards at Evolution, London last night (Wednesday 25 March) with some of our partners being recognised as category winners.

Robinsons, a fellow proud Stopfordian business, was nominated in the Best Brewing Pub Company, beating our Joule’s, Butcombe, and Evrards to bring the award back to the North West. Customers at Puss in Boots and Fletchers Arms will be well aware of the commitment to quality that the Robinson family have, and it is always a joy to see them recognised at a national awards ceremony.

Elsewhere, Greene King – who we work alongside at Jolly Sailor and Spread Eagle – were victors in the Best Partnership Pub Company (501+ sites), competing against Punch Pubs and Craft Union Pub Company. Our relationship with Greene King has been ongoing for many years, and there are few businesses more deserving of having such an honour bestowed upon them.

We’d like to congratulate all of the winners, and indeed the finalists, of The Publican Awards – to be alongside some of the most prestigious names in our industry is something we will never tire of. You can see the full list of winners here.

We are thrilled to announce that Almond Family Pubs has been nominated for the prestigious Multiple Operator of the Year award at the upcoming Greene King Night of Excellence Awards!

The Night of Excellence Awards are a highlight of the hospitality calendar, designed to celebrate the very best talent, innovation, and community spirit within the Greene King family.

This year’s event is at Voco St. John’s in Solihull on Wednesday 22nd April. We want to say a huge thank you to our incredible teams for their ongoing effort, and to you, our customers, for your continued support.

The Multiple Operator of the Year award is based on the following:

This winner must be able to demonstrate consistency across all sites, showcasing high levels of standards and services by going over and beyond what is expected of them. Whilst not forgetting to keep all their teams trained with excellent product knowledge; as well as ensuring that they share your vision. The winner will demonstrate sound commercial skills in creating a profitable pub business.

The upcoming awards ceremony promises to be another night of celebration, and we are incredibly proud to be representing our pubs on the national stage. Stay tuned to our social media channels for updates from the big night!

Wish us luck!

2025 was maybe our best year ever, with over 400 walkers all taking One Small Step as we raised funds for Foundation for Prader-Willi Research UK.

The charity is one close to the family’s heart, as Bella, Vicki Williams’ daughter was diagnosed with the rare genetic condition when she was 3 weeks old. With your support, we’ll continue to fundraise for research, with every penny contributed taking us closer to finding therapies and medication that will help all of those who have Prader-Willi syndrome.

You can register your interest to join us on the walk in 2026 below – we’ll send you an email once registrations are open early next year.

At Almond Family Pubs, we know that behind every great literary character is a parent who probably spent at least one late night with a glue gun or a sewing machine. We are massive fans of the effort that goes into World Book Day, and we want to reward your little bookworms for that creative spirit.

If you are looking to treat the kids on Thursday 5th March, as a special well done to all the children who join us in fancy dress, we are offering a complimentary ice cream to every little character dining with us today.

This offer is available across all our pubs this afternoon, so feel free to drop in and show off those outfits.

Only available Thursday 5th March 2026 when dining, subject to manager’s discretion

More about the Almond Family Pubs

We’re on the lookout for local makers, crafters, and workshop hosts to partner with them on a brand-new series of craft nights across our five Stockport locations. Whether you lead candle making sessions, wreath workshops, painting classes, macramé, pottery, or something else entirely, we want to hear from you.

Each event will be hosted and led by you in one of our pubs, with up to 30 guests, while we take care of the venue, the audience, and the promotion. We’re looking to build ongoing partnerships with the potential for repeat bookings throughout the year – so if you love sharing your craft with others, this could be the perfect fit.
