The Station House Booking FAQs

Why do I need a card guarantee on my booking?

On Sundays and other key dates throughout the year, we ask for debit or credit card details to secure your table. Rest assured, these are held in a secure, PCI-DSS compliant vault, and you won’t be charged unless plans change. A charge of £10 per person applies to any no-shows, reduced numbers or cancellations that we’re not told about at least 24 hours before your booking.

For large bookings, a deposit may be required – please speak to a member of the team.
