At all four Almond Family Pubs in Stockport, we believe great food and warm hospitality should be for everyone, including our youngest guests. Whether you’re joining us for a midweek bite, a family Sunday roast, or a sunny weekend treat, our new Children’s Menu is packed with fun, flavour, and fresh ingredients, all perfect for eating with the family, to pop-in after school, or a tasty bite whenever.

We take pride in offering welcoming, family-friendly venues across Stockport, each with its own unique charm and character. From the Fletchers Arms in Denton to the beautifully restored Jolly Sailor in Davenport, and The Station House in Cheadle Hulme, our pubs are cherished local favourites known for their inviting atmospheres, quality food, and exceptional service. Whether you’re enjoying a sunny afternoon in the spacious beer garden at the Puss in Boots in Offerton or savouring a traditional carvery at the Spread Eagle in Romiley, there’s a perfect spot for every family outing.

Designed especially for little ones, our updated kids’ offering features a mix of wholesome classics and tasty new favourites, from grilled chicken breast and homemade lasagne, to our mac ‘n’ cheese and southern fried chicken goujons. We’ve made it easy to build your child’s perfect plate, with our children’s menu allowing you to pick and kid’s main and two sides for £8.50, allowing little ones to enjoy a meal that suits their taste and appetite.

All our dishes are made with care by our chefs, using seasonal produce wherever possible. With the longer days and warmer weather here, now’s the perfect time to enjoy a relaxed family meal at one of our pubs.

Of course, our ever-popular junior carveries and roasts remain available for those 11 and under, too.

And it’s not just about meat: we’ve made sure there are vegetarian and vegan options too, so everyone can join in. You’ll find things like cheesy garlic bread, halloumi sticks, mac ‘n’ cheese, and plant-based ‘chicken’ available, plus loads of fresh veg and child-friendly sides like corn ribs, mashed potato, skinny fries, and garden peas.

Our Junior Carveries and Roasts remains a firm family favourite, served every day of the week (Sundays only at Jolly Sailor and The Station House), including a plant-based roast option. It’s the perfect choice for Sunday dinner, with a choice of meats or vegan ‘chicken’, plenty of freshly cooked seasonal vegetables, giant Yorkshire pudding and our signature homemade gravy.

And of course, if there’s room for dessert: gooey chocolate fudge cake to Grandpa Greene’s luxury ice cream (including vegan and No Gluten Ingredients options), and lots more besides. There’s something to make every little diner smile.
