The food was exceptional and the service top class. A special mention for Zara, who hosted us throughout a truly memorable 70th birthday surprise. A very clean, smart and cosy atmosphere. Highly recommended for any special occasion or casual evening meal.

The carvery for £18 on Sundays is great value. The food is super fresh and good quality, and it’s really nice and cosy for a pub lunch. Josh was a lovely waiter and very friendly.

We booked for a family event and everything was simple to organise. Numbers changed, but everyone was adaptable. The service was excellent, the atmosphere was perfect and the food was really good. We were looked after.

An excellent carvery with hot food and plenty of choice. The Yorkshire puds were huge, and the Sri Lankan chicken curry was very tasty. The staff were friendly and attentive. We will definitely return.

The carvery was delicious, with a good selection of meat and veg, all piping hot. Lovely staff, and they let us add balloons to the table. Definitely a popular place, and we’d have no hesitation returning.

Even though the pub was extremely busy and we had a few dietary needs, the service was excellent. Anya was our waitress and Dillon was spot on with the drinks. The meals were quality and tasty. A fantastic experience.

A warm welcome every time, with plenty of room to get a pram round. Dillon was very professional and attentive. As always the food is delicious with generous portions. Can’t fault the place.

What a fantastic pub and restaurant. We were greeted with professionalism on arrival, and the food came to a very high standard. The chef is very talented. 5 stars all round, and I’ll definitely be back.

The carvery was fantastic. The meat was beautifully cooked and there’s plenty of it, and the roast potatoes are a must. The staff were lovely and friendly, even on a busy bank holiday Sunday. Well worth a visit.

The carvery was superb and certainly not your standard pub lunch. The team could not have been more accommodating, and the food was much, much better than that.
