Come see the new look Orangery at the Jolly Sailor

If you’ve been in to visit us over the last few days, you may have noticed that we’ve been having a little bit of a refresh of the main room of the pub – The Orangery, We’re pleased to say that the work is now complete, and ready for service.

We’ve added some statement lighting, with tiered chandeliers from the glazed pitch roof. Brass toned, these act as the focal point of the room, adding an art deco edge to the floral elements that have become a staple of the room. Dark wood panelling is teamed with antique mirrors to bring even more light into the room, showing off the parquet flooring and refreshed furnishings. The wallpaper has been updated to match the botanical theme of the room, with artwork that focusses on flora, fauna, and quintessentially British imagery.
